1General Terms

2Eligibility & Registration

• Is a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident, or is physically located in Malaysia at the time of use
• Legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement
• Has never been banned or suspended from the Asia818 platform before
• Not registering on behalf of or in the name of any other individual

2.1 Registration Process

When registering on Asia818, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and date of birth. Asia818 reserves the right to verify the information provided at any time by requesting supporting documents such as a copy of your MyKad or passport.

2.2 One Account Only

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on Asia818 at any given time. This applies even when the same individual uses different devices, IP addresses, or payment methods. Should Asia818 detect multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all associated accounts will be suspended immediately and all bonuses forfeited.

3Deposits & Payments

Asia818 supports a range of popular and trusted payment methods in Malaysia. All deposits are made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only.

3.3 Deposit Security

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered under the name of the same Asia818 account holder. Asia818 does not accept deposits from third parties or from sources of unverifiable origin. Funds suspected to be proceeds of illegal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.

4Withdrawals

Asia818 is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests promptly and securely. The following withdrawal policy applies to all users.

4.2 Processing Time

4.3 Bonus Withdrawal

5Bonus & Promotions Policy

Asia818 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following terms unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms and conditions.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per account, device, or IP address
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts

5.2 Wagering Requirements (Rollover)

For example, if you receive a RM 100 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement, you must wager a total of RM 2,000 before those winnings become withdrawable.

5.3 Games Eligible for Rollover

6Sports Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Confirmation

A bet is only considered valid once Asia818's system issues confirmation via a digital bet slip. Unconfirmed bets resulting from technical issues or connection problems will not be recognised as valid wagers. Users are advised to keep a copy of their bet slip for reference.

6.2 Match Cancellation

If a match is postponed or cancelled and does not resume within 24 hours of the original scheduled time, all related bets will be voided and funds fully refunded to the user's Asia818 account balance. For parlay bets that include a cancelled match, the bet will be recalculated excluding that match.

6.3 Official Results

Bet settlements at Asia818 are based on official results announced by the relevant event organising body. Any result changes after a match concludes — except within the timeframe specified by the organiser — will not affect settlements that have already been made.

6.4 Odds Changes

Asia818 reserves the right to adjust odds at any time before a bet is confirmed. Odds displayed on screen are indicative and subject to change. Bets will be settled at the odds accepted and confirmed by the system at the time of confirmation — not the odds shown when the user made their selection.

7Casino Game Rules

Casino games at Asia818 include slots, live baccarat, live blackjack, roulette, and other table games. All games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been certified by an independent body.

7.1 Game Fairness

All casino games at Asia818 use certified and verified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology to ensure every game outcome is random and fair. Asia818 cannot manipulate the results of any game. 7.2 Game Results

8Conduct & Prohibited Activities

Asia818 users are required to observe a reasonable standard of conduct. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Asia818 platform:

• Coordinating bets across multiple accounts to exploit promotions or the system
• Manipulation or attempted manipulation of any game outcome
• Use of illegally obtained funds for deposits

9Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your Asia818 account login credentials. Asia818 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own negligence.

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members

10Account Closure & Suspension

10.1 Account Closure at User Request

11Liability Limits
